Job Description
One-day hiring process, earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for the Food Delivery Account, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding their food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex problems
- Provide basic technical support for the delivery app
- Encourage customers to try new items
