Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service help to our clients
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Needed Qualifications
- High school graduate or ALS graduate
- Must have at least a high school or senior high school graduate with no call center experience
- With at least 6 months of accounting background or experience
