The Ticketing Account Representative handles inbound and outbound calls for ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls about ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with online ticketing platforms and tech issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect customer information following protocols.
