Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly
We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in resolving technical difficulties on the ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Protect customer information following established protocols.
