Job Description
Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- with BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing with our plans and tariffs
- Greeting customers professionally
- Responding to inquiries promptly
- Referring complex queries to the line manager
