Qualifications:
a. Candidate at least 18 years old
b. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College

Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using scripts
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- Communicates relevant alternatives in a timely fashion
- Provides guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support
