Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects.
- High School Graduates are accepted.
- Candidates need to be conversant in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using scripts.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicates relevant alternatives in a timely fashion.
- Informs clients about expert services and determines customer requirements.
- Provides instruction and help to lower level employees.
- Offers troubleshooting support and instruction to lower level employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: PHP 18,00.00 – PHP 25,00.00 per month
