Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Agents. As part of your responsibilities, you will respond to calls, handle questions and complaints, and gather vital customer information. You will also provide timely communication of relevant alternatives and inform clients about our expert services to best meet their needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduates Welcome
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes flexible scheduling, health insurance, gym membership, opportunities for promotion, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with options for flextime.
