One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations effectively and empathetically.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
- Upsell based on customer needs. Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
- Investigate and implement solutions.
