Job Description
We are currently accepting applications from fresh graduates with zero to 6 months of work experience.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- With BPO experience is a plus but not required
- Must be a graduate of Banking & Finance course preferably from related courses
- Good English communication skills
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
- Must be amenable to work on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig
- Must be amenable to shifting work schedule, including night shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Resolving customer complaints
