Job Description
We can now accept processing fresh graduate candidates with zero to 6 months work experience.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- With BPO experience is a plus but not required
- Must be a graduate of Banking & Finance course preferably from the courses: Banking & Finance, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accountancy, Economics.
- Good English communication skills, conversant using the English language.
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder – not open to undergrads, vocational or associate degree courses and high school graduates.
- Must be amenable to work on-site in Mckinley Hill in Taguig.
- Must be amenable to work on shifting work schedule – including the night shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
