Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides assistance to clients
- Communicates with customers to address concerns
- Assist participants with inquiries and critical information
Requirements:
- No experience necessary for college graduates
- High School Graduates with BPO experience welcome
- Excellent English communication skills
- Onsite work within 25-35 km
