Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates for our team. Accounts that we can offer include Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Travel Account Qualification:
- High school/ALS Graduate with 1 year GDS Experience or BPO experience/travel account/travel agency experience.
Salary: PHP 23,00 – 34,00
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands with products and services.
- Use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
