Accounts that we can offer:
Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts, and Non-Voice Account including Dayshift and Voice roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
