Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts including Non-Voice Account, Dayshift, and Voice positions.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone or writing to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring calls.
- Match customers’ needs with appropriate products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer approval.
