Job Description

Position: Non-Voice Back Office

Accounts that we can offer: Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco account

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, without transferring calls.
  • Match customers’ demands with clients’ products and services.
  • Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
  • Share specific information with internal and external clients.
