Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without having to transfer the caller.
- Matching customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Using negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Sharing specific information with internal and external clients and collaborating with colleagues.
