Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without transferring the caller.
- Matches customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilizes negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares specific information with internal and external clients and exchanges knowledge with colleagues.
