Job Description
Join our team as a Non-Voice Call Center Agent at Amtech Solutions. Your role includes handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and assisting with various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- De-escalate issues and offer support to dissatisfied customers
- Inform clients about company products, services, and policies
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage
- Update customer accounts with relevant information
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service
- Assist in training new employees on customer management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
