Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
- Answer participant questions and achieve a full understanding of critical information
What are we looking for?
- Open to candidates who completed college with no experience required
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- Can do onsite work within 25km to 35 km
