Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team in the positions of Non-Voice, Chat Moderator, and No Experience roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently on first contact.
- Match customer needs with clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer approval.
- Communicate information effectively internally and externally.
