Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or completed 2nd year in College with no back subjects.
- High School Graduates are welcome.
- Must be proficient in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining detailed records.
- Offer suitable solutions promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
