Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
No prior experience is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training!
Our work schedule consists of weekdays only, allowing weekends off.
Requirements:
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in using a phone and computer.
- Filipino citizen or holder of valid residency.
- Diploma required (High School, College, or Vocational).
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
