Job Description
OTeleservices – Ortigas is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Non-Voice/Chat Support Agent. In this position, you will manage both incoming and outgoing calls regarding hotel reservations, assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling their reservations, provide information on room availability and pricing, and respond to customer inquiries.
No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training. This position allows for a work-life balance with weekends off. We are looking for friendly communicators who are tech-savvy, Filipino citizens or residents, and at least high school graduates.
Our benefits include HMO, 13th-month pay, paid leave, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php18,980.00 – Php23,980.00 per month.
