Job Description
Aspire Global Solutions Incorporation is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our team as Non Voice – Chat Support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases to higher levels as needed.
- Offer guidance and assistance to customers navigating the company’s website or using its services.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
