Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the following positions in our team as Chat Support Agents:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Learn company products and policies to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain composure and empathy in challenging customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend Face to Face Interview at Ortigas site.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence permit.
- High school graduate, proficient in English.
Nice to have:
- Previous customer service experience, especially in call center settings.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php18,090.00 – Php28,100.00 per month
