Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Non-Voice Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Deliver precise information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Enjoy a weekday schedule with weekends off while working onsite in Metro Manila.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work in shifts. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 24,892.00, along with benefits including HMO, paid leaves, and gym membership.
