Job Description
BPO Caldwell Development Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Non-Voice Content Moderator. Job Responsibilities: Follow standard operations, recognize and escalate priority issues, ensure one call resolution, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications: With or without BPO experience, at least a High School Graduate, excellent phone etiquette, and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
