Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only; weekends are reserved for rest.
