Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro is looking for skilled Online Assistants to join our Hotel Reservation team. This full-time, non-voice position focuses on assisting customers through chat and email regarding hotel bookings and inquiries. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of BPO or customer service experience and must have completed high school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address hotel reservation inquiries with proficiency.
- Provide accurate details on availability and pricing.
- Ensure high-quality written customer service.
