Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is seeking a Non-Voice Data Entry Specialist to join our team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary of up to Php30,00.00 per month, HMO with 2 free beneficiaries starting on Day One, and more!
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems according to Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and organize work efficiently.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day/Night)
Language: English preferred.
