Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our community with inquiries empathetically and accurately
- Make well-balanced decisions and advocate for the community
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
