Job Description
Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as a Non-Voice Email/Chat Support Specialist! We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills, accepting high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.
As a specialist, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns related to our products and services. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with account setup, investigating complaints, and providing accurate information.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range of Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month, plus benefits like health insurance, paid training, and additional leave.
