Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly! Sapient is urgently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for NON-VOICE Email/Chat Support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email and chat
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Keep accurate records of interactions
- Work collaboratively to enhance service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; BPO experience preferred
- Available for full-time shifts, Monday to Friday
- Good communication skills in English
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month
