Job Description
- Active listening skills to understand customer inquiries and provide accurate and relevant responses.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multitask, navigate computer systems, and work with multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, knowledge bases, and other support software.
