Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact, aiming to avoid transfers.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
