Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address concerns
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller
- Matching customers’ demands to Clients’ products, solutions, and services
- Using negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in
- Communicating relevant information to internal and external clients and sharing knowledge with colleagues
