Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Encoder to enhance our expanding team. We provide a competitive benefits package, featuring a monthly salary ranging from Php22,00 to Php30,00, health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage with three free dependents, additional leave, health and life insurance, as well as opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, delivering exceptional assistance.
- Efficiently manage mail and address customer inquiries.
- Effectively communicate with customers to resolve any concerns.
Qualifications:
- College graduates and high school graduates with BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional English communication skills are a must.
- Must be able to work onsite within a 25-35 km radius.
