Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively looking for individuals to fill the position of Non-Voice/Encoder with no prior experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly without escalation whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Negotiate to gain customer buy-in and overcome objections.
- Share information with internal and external clients, and collaborate with colleagues.
