Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Effectively share information with clients and colleagues.
