Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Non-Voice/ Encoder with no experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Match customer demands with company products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
