Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team as Non-Voice / Encoder with no experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Match customer demands with products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information effectively with clients.
