Caldwell Communications is looking for candidates to fill the Non-Voice/ENCODER (Pure Chat/Email) position, welcoming fresh graduates and newbies to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products.
