Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00 per month. Sapient is urgently hiring dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
