We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Non-Voice Easy Account team!
Minimum Qualifications:
- ✓ High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- ✓ Non-BPO experience accepted with excellent communication skills
- ✓ Fresh Graduates welcome
- ✓ BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating through various channels
- Resolving customer complaints
- Product knowledge for customer queries
