Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2nd year in College with no back subjects

Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using usual scripts
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries and logs customer calls
- Informs clients about services and determines customer requirements
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting support to lower level employees
