Job Description
Join our team at SGS – Sapient Inc.! We are mass hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro sites with a one-day hiring process. Earn up to Php 25,00 monthly!
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Assist customers with reservations as per hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues promptly.
- Promote special deals and upgrades.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
