Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues
- Meet performance targets for productivity and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent
- Prior experience in a related field desirable
- Able to work on-site and attend an on-site interview
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
