Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Non-Voice I Chat & Email Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer support through chat and email channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving problems
- Document customer interactions and update databases
- Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
