Job Description
Join our team at SGS-CAREERS-PH as a Non-Voice Online Chat and Email Support Specialist. In this vital role, you will manage customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email, following established scripts and procedures.
Your primary responsibilities will include gathering relevant information, resolving customer queries, and documenting interactions. You will also provide clients with information about our services and assist entry-level team members with guidance.
